Process of order fulfillment to the selected supplier catering companies
Abstract:
Tato práce se zabývá procesem vyřízení objednávky. Teoretická část je věnována rešerši zaměřené na specifikaci cateringu a outsourcingu a specifikaci procesu vyřízení objednávky s důrazem na dodavatele cateringovým firmám. V praktické části je popsán a následně analyzován proces vyřízení objednávky u vybraného dodavatele.
Abstract:
This document covers the process of order fulfillment. The theoretical part discusses the recherché focused on the specification of catering and outsourcing and a specification of order fulfillment process with an emphasis on supplier catering companies. The practical part describes and analyzes the process of the order fulfillment to the selected supplier.
