Diplomová práce se zabývá Úmluvou OSN o smlouvách o mezinárodní koupi zboží, konkrétně procesem vytýkání faktických vad v režimu této úmluvy. Práce začíná stručným rozborem úmluvy samotné, zvláště rozborem její historie, předmětu, aplikace a interpretace. The thesis is focused on conformity of goods in the regime of the United Nations Convention on Contracts for the International Sale of Goods. The thesis begins with brief analysis of the character of the Convention, its history, application and interpretation.
