Abstract:
Bakalářská práce je zaměřena na HR marketing v oboru zdravotnictví. Cílem bakalářské práce je zhodnocení aktivit v rámci HR marketingu vybraného zdravotnického zařízení a navržení doporučení pro zlepšení. V práci je představen klasický marketing, personální marketing a marketing ve zdravotnictví a jsou zde vymezeny rozdíly mezi nimi. The bachelor's thesis is focused on HR marketing in the field of healthcare. The aim of the bachelor's thesis is to evaluate activities within the framework of HR marketing of a selected medical facility and propose recommendations for improvement.
