Abstract:
Bakalářská práce se zabývá náhradou škody dle Úmluvy o smlouvách o mezinárodní koupi zboží. Úvodní část práce je věnována vymezení pojmu škoda a vzniku nároku na náhradu škody. Následně je podán výklad jakým způsobem, a ve kterých ustanoveních, je náhrada škody ve Vídeňské úmluvě upravena. This thesis deals with damage recovery according to United Nations Convention on Contracts for the International Sale of Goods. The opening part is dedicated to the term of damage and the right to claim damage recovery. Subsequently it explains how and which provisions of the Vienna Convention regulate damage recovery.
