Abstract:
Bakalářská práce se zabývá problematikou párování vín s konkrétními pokrmy. Teoretická část práce je zaměřená na základy vína a enogastronomie. Navazuje dále pak na vinařství České republiky a Itálie se zaměřením na konkrétní vinařskou oblast Piemont. The bachelor thesis deals with issues which may occur while pairing specific wine with appropriate dishes. Theoretical part is focused on history of wine and enogastronomy itself. Summarises wine regions in Czech Republic and Italy, concretely focused on wine region Piemont. Practical part describes pairing a truffle menu with wines produced in Piemont, Italy.
