Employees performance appraisal as a tool of personnel management
Abstract:
Bakalářská práce je zaměřena na systém zadávání cílů a hodnocení zaměstnanců. V teoretické části jsou popsány typy lidí a způsoby jejich hodnocení a přístupu k nim. V praktické části se pak věnuji analýze současného systému zadávání cílů a hodnocení zaměstnanců, zaměstnaneckým benefitům a návrhu zlepšení.
Abstract:
Bachelor thesis is focused on goal setting and evaluating tool for employees. There is description of people types and methods how to access and evaluate each type in theoretical part. In practical part I concentrate on current state analysis of goal setting and evaluating tool also on employee benefits and propose improvement.
