Labour Migration of Foreigners and Labour Market in South Moravia Region

Abstract:

Cílem této práce je zjistit a analyzovat dopady pracovní migrace cizinců na trh práce v Jihomoravském kraji. V úvodu teoretické části je problematika pracovní migrace zasazena do širšího rámce, který vymezuje související pojmy. Úvodní část se také hlouběji věnuje teoriím migrace, pro lepší pochopení příčin mezinárodní migrace, a v neposlední řadě i přístupu České republiky k migraci. Problematika pracovní migrace je zasazena do Jihomoravského kraje, jakožto cílového regionu pracovních migrací. V závěru teoretické části jsou možné dopady plynoucí z pracovní migrace vydefinovány a nastíněny v teoretických souvislostech. V metodologické části byla zvolena kvalitativní výzkumná strategie výzkumu a metodika práce, která je založena na polostandardizovaných rozhovorech s pracovníky úřadů práce v Jihomoravském kraji a na analýze dokumentů. Odvozené kritéria možných dopadů pracovní migrace v teoretické části, se staly východiskem pro vymezení dílčích výzkumných otázek, s jejichž pomocí bylo zodpovězeno na hlavní výzkumnou otázku. Závěr práce, kromě interpretace zjištěných poznatků, obsahuje také doporučení. Počet slov: 20 577

Abstract:

The aim of the thesis is to find out and to analyse the impacts of labour migration of foreigners on the labour market in South Moravia region. The introduction of the thesis is focuseed on the general framework, which defines the coherent notions. This introducion part describes more deeply migrations theory for the better understanding of reasons of international migration. Focus on the approach of the Czech Republic is further in the introduction part of the thesis. This broad issue of the labour migration is focuseed on the South Moravia region, as an objective region of the labour migration. The last part of the theoretical passage defines the possible impacts of labour migration for the Methodological part defines by the qualitative strategy of the research and also the main sources of data, which are the interviews with employees from Employment office in the South Moravia region and also by the analyses of documents. Implied criteria of the possible impacts of the labour migration are basis to specify the partial research questions. On the basis of the findings the main research question has been answered. Conclusion of the thesis contains the interpretations of findings and recommendations. Number of words: 20 577
