Abstract:

Cílem této diplomové práce je analýza a komparace pojistných podmínek vybraných pojišťoven (Allianz, ČPP, Generali Česká, Kooperativa a Uniqa) z hlediska spolehlivosti, ceny a pojistných událostí. V teoretické části jsou definovány pojistné produkty, historie pojišťovnictví a regulační rámec pojišťovnictví. Praktická část zahrnuje analýzu pojistných podmínek u životního, neživotního pojištění a pojištění odpovědnosti. Pomocí rozhodovacích modelů a Saatyho matice je stanovena váha kritérií pro různé typologie klientů (student, rodina s dětmi, důchodce 65+). Výsledky ukazují, že pro povinné a havarijní pojištění je nejvýhodnější pojišťovnou Allianz, pro životní pojištění Uniqa pro mladé klienty, Generali Česká pro rodiny a ČPP pro seniory. U neživotního pojištění je nejvhodnější pojišťovna ČPP pro studenty, Generali Česká pro rodiny a seniory. Práce přináší ucelený přehled o tom, jak jednotlivé pojišťovny naplňují potřeby různých klientských segmentů.

Abstract:

The aim of this thesis is to analyse and compare the insurance conditions of selected insurance companies (Allianz, ČPP, Generali Česká, Kooperativa and Uniqa) in terms of reliability, price and claims. The theoretical part defines insurance products, the history of the insurance industry and the regulatory framework of the insurance industry. The practical part includes an analysis of insurance conditions for life, non-life and liability insurance. Using decision models and the Saaty matrix, the weighting criteria for different client typologies (student, family with children, pensioner 65+) are determined. The results show that for compulsory and accident insurance, Allianz is the most preferred insurer, for life insurance Uniqa for young clients, Generali Česká for families and ČPP for seniors. For non-life insurance, the most suitable insurance company is ČPP for students, Generali Česká for families and seniors. The paper provides a comprehensive overview of how individual insurance companies meet the needs of different client segments.
