This thesis deals with the broadcasting regulations in Poland on the local radio and television broadcasting background. Formally, the thesis is divided into three main parts. To analyse such matter there is a need of knowing such terms as regulation of media, self-regulation, finance, media, public service, censorship and propaganda.
