Abstract:
Tématem této práce byla depozice tenkých vrstev metodou PECVD ve vysokofrek\-venčním doutnavém výboji. Vrstvy byly připravovány ze směsí obsahujících organosilikonové monomery hexametyldisilazan a hexametyldisiloxan. Vrstvy byly charakterizovány těmito metodami: FTIR, UV a viditelná spektrofotometrie, elipsometrie, RBS a ERDA. Byla vyšetřována především IR spektra vrstev. U vrstev připravených ze směsi …more
Abstract:
The subject matter of my diploma paper is deposition of thin films by PECVD in radio frequency glow discharge. Films were prepared out of mixtures containing organosilicon monomers hexamethyldisilasane and hexamethyldisiloxane.
