Abstract:
Diplomová práce je věnována jednomu z nástrojů kontroly veřejné správy - Registru smluv. Jsou zde vypracovány postupy při uveřejňování smluv a právní úprava související s registrem smluv. Dále jsou v práci analyzovány smlouvy uveřejněné vybraným ústředním orgánem státní správy. Současně jsou vypracovány tři různé varianty uveřejňování smluv. The diploma thesis is dedicated to one of the tools of public administration control - the Register of Contracts. Procedures for the publication of contracts and legislation relating to the register of contracts are doveloped here.
