Abstract:

Abstrakt: Tématem bakalářské práce je management změny, konkrétně změna managementu divadla, na praktickém příkladu Divadla Na zábradlí, velmi úspěšné a známé pražské příspěvkové organizace. Bakalářská práce se zabývá specifiky managementu, obzvláště pak managementu změny a jeho zvláštnostmi v oblasti divadla, subjektu v rámci neziskového sektoru. Věnuje se managementu divadla jakožto příspěvkové organizaci, problematickému skloubení umění a managementu, který je v podmínkách českých neziskových organizací stále podceňován. Má práce je zaměřena na změnu v organizaci s ohledem na specifika divadelního prostředí. Po teoretickém úvodu do problematiky se věnuje konkrétním tématům přímo navázaným na situaci, která v Divadle Na zábradlí roku 2013 v nastala.

Abstract:

Abstract: The topic of my bachelor thesis is the changes of management or to be more specific -- the change of management of the theatre. Divadlo Na zábradlí, one of the most successful semi-budgetary organizations in Prague, serves as an example of practice. The thesis goes into details about special characteristics in the field of theatre, a non-profit organization in public sector. The thesis deals with the specifics of the management, especially management changes and its particularities in theater, entity in the nonprofit sector. It deals with the management of the theater as a contributory organization, combining art and problematic of the management, which is in terms of Czech NGOs still underestimated. My work is focused on the modification of the organization with regard to the specifics of the theater. After a theoretical introduction to be dedicated to specific topics directly linked to the situation in the Divadlo Na zábradlí in 2013 occurred.
