The Net Counselling

Abstract:

Diplomová práce se zabývá přiměřeností odpovědi poradce na dotaz klienta v internetovém poradenství. Cílem bylo zjistit, jakou odpověď je možné považovat za přiměřenou v rámci internetového poradenství u subjektů drogové prevence. V první části je popsáno internetové poradenství, potenciál internetové poradenské intervence, očekávání klienta a internetové poradenství v drogové oblasti. Druhou část práce tvoří výsledky empirického šetření a jejich interpretace. Předmětem zájmu ve výzkumu byly charakteristiky odpovědí poradců a očekávání klienta od internetové poradenské intervence. Na základě zjištění je v závěru formulována odpověď na hlavní výzkumnou otázku.

Abstract:

This thesis deals with the adequacy of consultant’s answer to client’s question in internet counselling. The aim was to find out what answer can be considered adequate in the net counselling of drug prevention service providers. The first section describes the net counselling, potential of net counselling intervention, client’s expectations and net drug counselling. The second part consists of empirical study results and their interpretation. The research focuses on characteristics of consultant’s answer and client's expectations from the net counselling intervention. Based on these findings, at the end the answer to the main question of research is presented.
