Tématem bakalářská práce je postavení hlav států v České republice a v Rakousku. Obě země se vyznačují parlamentním systémem, avšak prezidenti v každé z nich vystupují odlišně. Součástí práce je obecné přiblížení vládních systémů v demokratických zemích a popis politických systémů v České republice a v Rakousku. The theme of Bachelor's Thesis is the position of the heads of the Czech Republic and Austria. Both countries have a parliamentary system, but the presidents in each of them act differently.
