Předložená bakalářská práce je zaměřena na posouzení motivačního programu firmy Karel Hranička. Pomocí odborné literatury byly popsány důležité pojmy motivace, byl rozebrán vztah mezi motivací a výkonem. Dále práce pojednává o možnostech ovlivňování zaměstnanců, motivačním programu a jeho tvorbě. The submitted thesis is focused on assessing the benefits of a motivation program at Karel Hranička Company. This thesis describes important concepts of motivation and analyzes the relationship between motivation and performance.
