Abstract:
Tato diplomová práce je zaměřena na analýzu nejvyššího a nejlepšího využití (HABU) se zaměřením na konkrétní případ. Teoretická část práce rozpracovává podmínky a zásady použití metody HABU. Praktická část je věnována aplikaci metody HABU na konkrétní skladový areál v Praze. Je zde zkoumáno a porovnáváno více variant řešení. Cílem práce je určení té varianty, která naplňuje podstatu metody HABU.
Abstract:
This thesis is concerned with the analysis of the highest and best use ( HABU) with a focus on particular case. The theoretical part elaborates the conditions and principles of using the HABU method. The practical part is focused on the application of the HABU method to a specific warehouse establishment in Prague. Several alterations of the possible solution are examined and compared.
