Abstract:
V práci se budu zabývat právem vysokých škol. Popíšu jejich historický vývoj, historii. Dále uvedu prameny práva vysokých škol na státní a mezinárodní úrovni. Charakterizuji jejich orgány. Systém akreditace a akreditační komisy. Závěrem rozeberu do jaké kategorie se instituce řadí.
Abstract:
At work, I will deal with the law of universities. I will describe their historical development, history. I will also present the sources of university law at the national and international level. I characterize their organs. Accreditation system and accreditation commissions. In conclusion, I will analyze the category in which the institution falls.
