Legal action of the Senate No. 340/2013 Coll., The tax on the acquisition of immovable property

Abstract:

Tato práce je věnována zákonnému opatření Senátu č. 340/2013 Sb., o dani z nabytí nemovitých věcí, které nahradilo zákon č. 357/1992 Sb. o dani dědické, dani darovací a dani z převodu nemovitostí. Analyzuje změny nového zákona, hodnotí přínosy a náklady nové právní úpravy. Zaměřuje se na administrativní zatížení poplatníka i správce daně a navrhuje úpravy pro novelu zákona.

Abstract:

The thesis is dedicated to the legal action Appeal no. 340/2014 Coll., Acquisition of immovable property tax, which replaced the Act no. 357/1992 Coll., Intheritance Tax, Gift tax and Real estate transfer tax. It´s analysing the change of the new act, evaluating contributions and costs of the new legislation. It´s focused on the administrative burden on the taxpayer and the tax administrator. It suggests adjustments for the amendment of the Act.
