Abstract:
Tématem bakalářské práce je motivace manažerů ke změně zaměstnavatele. Jejím cílem je analyzovat nejčastější důvody odchodů manažerů ze svých pozic. K objasnění důvodů odchodů manažerů ze svých pozic byla provedena analýza životopisů jednotlivých manažerů. Na základě získaných výsledků budou navrženy možnosti řešení těchto situací a především způsoby, jak jim předcházet. Teoretická část se zabývá profilem …more
Abstract:
The topic of my thesis is managers' motivation for changing the employer. The aim of this thesis is to analyze the most common reasons for managers leaving their positions. To clarify these reasons, the CV of each manager was analyzed. Based on obtained results, possible solutions for such situations and mainly the ways how to prevent them will be suggested.
