Cílem práce je prozkoumat, zda a jak organizace mohou svými inclusion praktikami v oblasti (LGBTQIA2S+) diverzity ovlivnit přijetí LGBTQIA2S+ ostatními zaměstnanci, resp. zda a jak tyto praktiky ovlivňují celkovou pracovní spokojenost (všech) zaměstnanců. The goal of the work is to investigate whether and how organizations can influence the acceptance of LGBTQIA2S+ by other employees with their inclusion practices in the area of (LGBTQIA2S+) diversity, or whether and how these practices affect the overall job satisfaction of (all) employees.
