Ecological agriculture of the Decin district

Abstract:

Bakalářská práce se zabývá především definicí ekologického zemědělství, jeho historií, vývojem a popisuje jeho současný stav. Dále se konkrétně zabývá ekologickým zemědělstvím v děčínském okrese a porovnáním s Českou republikou, zahrnuje také zahraniční příklady ekologického zemědělství. K 31. 12. 2021 v České republice hospodařilo ekologicky 4 794 ekofarem na celkové výměře 558 124 ha, na Děčínsku to bylo 133 ekofarem na více než 20 000 ha. Z pohledu podílu ekologického zemědělství na celkovou zemědělskou půdu je Česká republika v popředí mezi ostatními zeměmi. Dlouhodobě v podmínkách ČR zabírají dominantní podíl trvalé travní porosty. V roce 2021 tvořily TTP více než 448 tis. ha a 80 % celkové výměry v ekologickém zemědělství. V zastoupení jednotlivých kategorií hospodářských zvířat dlouhodobě dominuje chov skotu s téměř 279 tis. kusů a 63% podílem na celkovém počtu ekologicky chovaných zvířat, následovaný chovem ovcí s 17% podílem. Nejčastěji pěstovanými obilninami zůstávají pšenice a oves, společně zabírají 52 % celkové plochy obilnin v EZ. Práce představuje farmu paní Zdeňky Kratochvílové, dále jen BIO Farma Markvartice, která hospodaří jako ekologický zemědělec v děčínském okrese. Dále blíže popisuje dotační programy, které lze v ekologickém zemědělství využít a popisuje, za jakých podmínek se tyto programy dají využít. BIO Farma Markvartice hospodaří převážně na katastrálním území Markvartice u Děčína, kde také převládá TTP. Během 10 let zde došlo k značnému úbytku OP a nárůstu TTP. KES má BIO Farma Markvartice ke dni 1. 3. 2024 v hodnotě 2,40. Ze zjištěné hodnoty lze farmu zařadit do kategorie Vyvážená krajina, technologické objekty v souladu s přírodními strukturami. V rámci výsledkové části SWOT analýza, z které vyplynulo, že největším problémem pro EZ je administrativní zátěž jednotlivých farem v rámci dotační politiky EU.

Abstract:

The bachelor's thesis mainly deals with the definition of ecological agriculture, its history, development and describes its current state. Furthermore, it specifically deals with organic farming in the Děčín district and comparison with the Czech Republic, it also includes foreign examples of organic farming. As of December 31, 2021, there were 4 794 eco-farms in the Czech Republic with a total area of 558 124 ha, while in Děčín there were 133 eco-farms on more than 20 000 ha. From the point of view of the share of organic farming on the total agricultural land, the Czech Republic is at the forefront among other countries. In the long term, in the conditions of the Czech Republic, the dominant share is occupied by permanent grasslands. In 2021, TTP comprised more than 448 000 ha and 80 % of the total area in organic farming. In the representation of individual categories of farm animals, cattle breeding dominates for a long time with almost 279 thousand. head and a 63 % share of the total number of organically raised animals, followed by sheep farming with a 17 % share. The most frequently cultivated cereals remain wheat and oats, together they occupy 52 % of the total area of cereals in the EZ. The work presents the farm of Mrs. Zdeňka Kratochvílová, hereinafter referred to as BIO Farma Markvartice, which operates as an ecological farmer in the Děčín district. It also describes in more detail the subsidy programs that can be used in organic farming and describes the conditions under which these programs can be used. BIO Farma Markvartice farms mainly on the cadastral territory of Markvartice near Děčín, where TTP also prevails. During 10 years, there was a significant decrease in OP and an increase in TTP. BIO Farma Markvartice has KES worth 2,40 as of March 1, 2024. From the determined value, the farm can be classified in the category Balanced landscape, technological objects in harmony with natural structures. As part of the results section, a SWOT analysis was carried out, which showed that the biggest problem for EZ is the administrative burden of individual farms within the framework of the EU subsidy policy.
