Abstract:
Práce je zaměřena na návrh marketingové strategie stavební firmy. Na základě analýzy SWOT, GE a marketingového mixu, bude proveden návrh nové strategie. Primárním cílem navržené strategie bude vymezení pozice stavební firmy střední velikosti na současném trhu stavebních prací.
Abstract:
The thesis is aimed at the suggestion of a marketing strategy of a building company. The suggestion of the new strategy will be based on the SWOT analysis, the GE analysis and the marketing mix. The principal aim of the suggested strategy will be the definition of the position of the medium-sized building company on the current market of building works.
