Anotácia:

Bakalářská práce se zabývá problematikou domácího násilí z pohledu Policie České republiky. Cílem bakalářské práce je analyzovat přístup Policie České republiky k dané problematice. Bakalářská práce je členěna na dvě části, a to teoretickou část a praktickou část. V části teoretické je popsána terminologie dané problematiky: jsou zde definovány znaky a příčiny domácího násilí, popsány druhy násilí, se kterými se lze setkat, charakterizovány osoby násilné a ohrožené, poslední dvě kapitoly teoretické části jsou věnovány pomoci obětem domácího násilí a právní úpravě této problematiky. Druhá část práce je praktická část, která má charakter kvalitativního výzkumu, má za cíl přiblížit problematiku z hlediska policejních postupů v rámci řešení případů spojených s domácím násilím. Obě části práce na sebe vzájemně navazují a vytváří tak komplexní pohled na danou problematiku.

Abstract:

The bachelor thesis deals with the issue of domestic violence from the perspective of the Police of the Czech Republic. The aim of the bachelor thesis is to analyse the approach of the Police of the Czech Republic to the issue. The bachelor thesis is divided into two parts, a theoretical part and a practical part. The theoretical part describes the terminology of the issue: it defines the signs and causes of domestic violence, describes the types of violence that can be encountered, characterizes violent and threatened persons, the last two chapters of the theoretical part are devoted to assistance to victims of domestic violence and the legal regulation of this issue. The second part of the thesis is the practical part, which has the character of qualitative research, aims to approach the issue from the point of view of police procedures in dealing with cases related to domestic violence. The two parts of the thesis build on each other to create a comprehensive view of the issue.
