Práca sa zaoberá fungovaním realitných fondov vo svete a na Slovensku. Rozoberá realitný trh s jeho špecifikami, výhodami a nevýhodami čím upresňuje možnosti investora investovať priamo na realitnom trhu. V práci sa rozoberajú fondy a ich formami.
