Abstract:
Tato bakalářská práce pojednává o právních úkonech subjektů v rozhodčím řízení. Obsahuje základní informace o rozhodčím řízení obecně, specifikuje řízení před Rozhodčím soudem při HK ČR a AK ČR. Popisuje úkony především rozhodců a účastníků řízení. Poukazuje také na problémy spojené s rozhodčím řízením, a to v návaznosti na praktické zkušenosti autorky.
Abstract:
This bachelor thesis deals with legal acts of subjects in the arbitral proceeding. It contains basic informations about arbitral proceeding in general and it specifies proceeding at the Arbitration Court atteched to the Economic Chamber of the Czech Republic and the Agricultural Chamber of the Czech Republic.
