Ve své práci jsem se zaměřil na vývoj legislativních opatření zaměřených na původní obyvatelstvo Austrálie. Od prvních koloniálních legislativ z druhé poloviny devatenáctého století, přes nástup prvních hnutí podporujícíh původní australské obyvatelstvo ve dvacátých letech dvacátého století a "Day of Mourning" v roce 1938, až po celonárodní referendum z roku 1967, které rozhodovalo o změně společenského …more
Abstract:
This thesis deals with the development of legislative measures affecting the indigenous people of Australia (the Aborigines). From the first colony legislation on Aborigines in the second half of the 19th century, over the first pro-Aboriginal organisations in the 1920s and the 1938 Day of Mourning up to the 1967 national referendum on Aboriginal issues.
