Design of worksheets for professional florist training

Abstract:

Cílem bakalářské práce bylo navrhnout pracovní listy pro obor prodejce květin – florista, které mají sloužit jako učební pomůcka k výuce předmětu odborný výcvik a předmětu floristika. Teoretická část je zaměřena na oblast textových učebních pomůcek a jejich využití ve výuce žáků. Vysvětluje význam a charakteristiku oboru florista a základní dělení učebních pomůcek. V praktické části jsem se zabývala návrhem učebních pomůcek (pracovních listů), jejich tvorbou, využitím a přínosem pro odborný výcvik a doporučení pro pedagogickou praxi, které budou sloužit nejen žákům, ale i učitelům. V aplikační části bylo cílem provést kvalitativní pedagogický výzkum (strukturovaný rozhovor) na základě využití pracovních listů v praxi se třemi respondenty předmětů floristika a odborný výcvik. Výsledkem byl rozbor a porovnání rozhovorů na základě položených otázek směrem k vyučujícím.

Abstract:

The aim of the bachelor's thesis was to design worksheets for the field of flower seller – florist, which should serve as a teaching aid for teaching the subject of vocational training and the subject of floristry. The theoretical part is focused on using various written sources during the teaching process. It explains the meaning and characteristics of the field of floristry and the basic division of teaching aids. In the practical part, I dealt with designing teaching aids (worksheets), their creation, use and contribution to professional training and recommendations for pedagogical practice, which will serve not only to pupils, but also teachers. In the application part, the aim was to carry out qualitative pedagogical research (structured interview) based on the use of worksheets in practice with three respondents from the subjects of floristry and professional training. The result was an analysis and comparison of the interviews based on the questions for the teachers.
