Práce se zabývá letenkovými portály a popisem jejich již nenahraditelné role v cestovním ruchu a prodeji letenek. Věnuje se i tématu vývoje online trhu cestovního ruchu, postavení letecké dopravy v rámci cestovního ruchu a globálním distribučním systémům, stejně jako procesu rezervace letenky. The thesis deals with air ticket portals and a description of their irreplaceable role in tourism and ticket sales.
