Abstract:

Diplomová práce se zabývá problematikou vojenských újezdů a jejich budoucností ve vztahu k restrukturalizaci z pohledu právní regulace. Mým cílem je zaměřit se na požadavek existence a formu vojenských újezdů a jejich restrukturalizaci, a to z pohledu současné právní úpravy i budoucího vývoje. V úvodu práce se zabývám vývojem vojenských újezdů z historického pohledu a jejich využitím. V další částí práce se zabývám výkonem státní správy a samosprávy na území vojenských újezdů a její vliv na dotčené subjekty. Jakožto i problematiku omezení některých práv. V práci se zabývám možnostmi vývoje restrukturalizace de lege ferenda.

Abstract:

This thesis deals with issue of military districts and their future in relation to restructuring from the perspective of a legal regulation. My aim is to requirment of existence and form of military districts and their restructuring from the perspective of legal regulation and future progression. In the introduction of the thesis i deal with progression of military districts from a historical perspective and their use. In the next section i deal with the state administration and the self-government on the territory of military districts and their influence to some subjects. As well as the issue of restriction on some rights. In the thesis i deal with options of progression the restructuring de lege ferenda.
