Properties of surface-modified silicates for polymer and pharmaceutical chemistry

Abstract:

Teoretická část bakalářské práce obsahuje základní informace o silikátech. Jsou zde uvedeny základní informace o výskytu a vzniku, povrchové úpravě pomocí zinkferitu a vodivými polymery mezi hlavní zástupce patří polyacetylen, polyanilin, polythiofen, polypyrrol a polyparafenylendiamin, dále také jsou uvedeny informace o pigmentech a pojivech na bázi silikátů. Zmíněny jsou informace o využití ve farmakochemii a polymerních materiálech.Součástí bakalářské práce je i experimentální část, která je zaměřena na vyhodnocování vlivu anorganických pigmentů s povrchovou úpravou vodivými i nevodivými polymery na rychlost koroze, pomocí fyzikálně - mechanických a cyklické korozní zkoušky. Celkem bylo připraveno 8 pigmentů, které byly použity pro formulaci jednotlivých nátěrových hmot při hodnotách objemové koncentrace pigmentu (OKP) = 5; 15 %, včetně alkydové pryskyřice. Výsledky budou diskutovány z hlediska jednotlivých povrchových úprav na křemičitanových částicích.

Abstract:

The theoretical part of the thesis contains basic information about silicates. Basic information about the presence and source are presented. Also surface treatment using zincferrit and other conductive polymers are presented. The main agents include polyacetylene, polyaniline, polythiophene, polypyrrole and polyparafenylendiamin. This thesis provides information about the pigments and binders based on silicates. Information about the usage in pharmaceutical chemistry and polymer materials are discussed. Part of the thesis is also an experimental part which is focused on evaluation of influence of inorganic pigments with surface treatment by conductive and non - conductive polymers on the rate of corrosion, using physico - mechanical tests and cyclic corrosion testing. A total of 8 pigments were prepared which were used to formulate individual coating compositions at pigment volume (PVC) values of 5; 15 %, including alkyd resin. The results will be discussed in terms of individual surface treatments on silicate particles..
