Abstract:
Obecní policie je policejní sbor a slouží k zabezpečování klidu a veřejného pořádku na území obce České republiky. Obecní policie funguje jako orgán obce, kterou byla zřízena. Obecní policii zřizuje a ruší zastupitelstvo obce obecně závaznou vyhláškou. Strážníci musí mít státní občanství České republiky, věk minimálně 21 let, bezúhonnost, spolehlivost a tělesnou a duševní způsobilost. Strážníci mají …more
