Cílem této diplomové práce „Procesní řízení nákladů“ je analýza režijních nákladů konkrétního podniku a navrhnout zlepšení v přiřazování nákladů. Práce je rozdělena na část teoretickou a část praktickou. V teoretické části jsou vymezeny základní pojmy, členění a alokace nákladů a popis a tvorba ABC modelu.
