Abstract:

Bakalářská práce je zaměřená na personální činnosti. Hlavním cílem práce byl stručný popis základních personálních činností. Bakalářská práce je rozdělena na dvě části, teoretickou a praktickou. V teoretické části byly popsány oblasti získávání, výběr a přijímání pracovníků, vzdělávání, hodnocení a odměňování. V praktické části bylo realizováno dotazníkové šetření na téma spokojenost pracovníků s personálním oddělením ve zkoumané firmě a metoda rozhovoru, která byla realizována s pracovníky personálního oddělení. Závěrem bakalářské práce bylo vyhodnocení dotazníkového šetření a rozhovorů. Dotazníkové šetření ověřovalo stanovené hypotézy, jejichž cílem byly tyto tři oblasti: spokojenost pracovníků, nábor a hodnocení. Výsledky šetření potvrdily, že pracovníci ve zkoumané firmě jsou s prací personálního oddělení spokojení. Z rozhovorů vyplynulo, že firma by se chtěla více zaměřit na oblasti vzdělávání a hodnocení pracovníků.

Abstract:

The bachelor thesis is focused on human resources activities. The main goal of the work was a brief description of basic human resources activities. The bachelor thesis is divided into two parts, theoretical and practical. The theoretical part described the areas of recruitment, selection and hiring, training, evaluation and remuneration. In the practical part, a questionnaire sur-vey was supported on the topic of employee satisfaction with the personnel department in the research of the company and the method of interview, which was the survey department with the personnel team. The conclusion of the bachelor thesis was the evaluation of a questionnaire survey and interviews. The questionnaire survey tested these hypotheses, which aim at three areas: employee satisfaction, recruitment and evaluation. The results of the survey confirmed that the employees in the surveyed company are satisfied with the work of the personnel department. The interviews showed that the company wanted to focus more on training and evaluation of employees.
