Anotace Bakalářská práce analyzuje ochranu spotřebitele v ČR a v EU. V teoretických východiscích popisuje základní pojmy jako spotřebitel, průměrný spotřebitel, prodávající, výrobce, dovozce, dodavatel, výrobek a služba.
