Abstract:
Tato bakalářská práce se zabývá využitím metod a technik dramatické výchovyv rámci firemního vzdělávání. V praktické části popisuje a hodnotí využití metod a technik dramatické výchovy v rámci firemních workshopů, které se týkaly přechodu na tyrkysovou formu řízení organizace.
Abstract:
This bachelor thesis examines the use of methods and techniques of drama education within corporate learning contexts. The study describes and evaluates the use of drama education methods and techniques in corporate workshops designed to support the transition to a turquoise form of organizational management.
