Desing of the PPMT Actuator

Abstract:

Předkládaná bakalářská práce je zaměřena na aktuátory založené na PPMT technologii. Ta umožňuje ovládání magnetického toku permanentních magnetů pomocí cívek protékaných proudem. Prvním bodem návrhu takového aktuátoru je vytvoření matematického popisu. Navazuje na něj numerický model v programu Agros2D, který reálně popisuje rozložení magnetického pole pro konkrétní uspořádání aktuátoru. Nejdůležitější součástí této práce je experimentální ověření vyrobeného aktuátoru a porovnání získaných výsledků s numerickým modelem. V této práci byla ověřena funkčnost aktuátoru, poměr mezi jednotlivými stavy odpovídá numerickému modelu, ale všechny naměřené hodnoty jsou mnohem menší, než hodnoty získané numerickým modelem.

Abstract:

The bachelor thesis presents PPMT actuators. This technology controls permanent magnet?s flux with flux steering coils. First point of design of the actuator contains mathematical description of actuator. Next step is numerical model in Agros2D, which describes real magnetic field distribution for a specific organization choice. The most important part of this work is experimental verification of made actuator and comparison obtain values with numerical model. In this thesis was verified functionality of the actuator, relation between states agrees with the numerical model but all measured values are much smaller than values of the numerical model.
