Úloha cílových molekul miRNA v biologii solidních nádorů a hematologických malignit

The role of miRNA targets in the biology of solid and haematological malignancies.
Abstract:
Abstract:
MicroRNA's are important regulators of gene expression at post transcriptional level and their deregulation has been described in many solid tumours and hematologic malignancies. This diploma thesis is focused on the role of miR-150 and miR-155 in colorectal cancer pathogenesis, their association with prognosis and clinical features and also mechanism of action.
