Community services as active tool against long-term unemployment

Abstract:

Diplomová práce se zaměřuje na problematiku veřejně prospěšných prací a jejich pozitivní vliv na snížení nezaměstnanosti. Veřejně prospěšné práce jsou v rámci aktivní politiky zaměstnanosti určené pro rizikové skupiny nezaměstnaných obyvatel. Cílem diplomové práce je poukázat na negativní dopad dlouhodobé nezaměstnanosti zvláště u hůře zaměstnatelných skupin obyvatel. Veřejně prospěšné práce se jeví jako jeden z možných aktivních nástrojů politiky zaměstnanosti ke snižování nezaměstnanosti. V diplomové práci na příkladu analýzy kraje autorka poukáže, jak byly veřejně prospěšné práce úspěšné a přispěly k poklesu nezaměstnanosti, a to za časové období 2015–2019.

Abstract:

The diploma thesis is focuses on the issue of community service and their positive impact on reducing unemployment. Public works are intended for risk groups of the unemployed as part of an active employment policy. The aim of the diploma thesis is to point out the negative impact of long-term unemployment, especially for less employable groups of the population. Community service appears to be one of the possible active tools of employment policy to reduce unemployment. In the diploma thesis on the example of the analysis of the region, the author will point out how the public works were successful and contributed to the decrease in unemployment, for the period 2015–2019.
