Abstract:

Bakalářská práce se zabývá firemní komunikací v podniku služeb. Cílem práce je zjištění struktury vzdělávacího systému zaměstnanců FO z hlediska komunikace a navržení univerzálního vzdělávacího systému pro hotely třetí, čtvrté a páté třídy. Práce se zaměřuje zejména na druhy školení, jejich četnost, kvalitu a na možnosti jazykové výuky. Bakalářská práce je rozdělena na tři části. V první části se soustředí na vymezení pojmů a na úvod do problematiky. V druhé části je provedena analýza a interpretace dat zjištěných prostřednictvím dotazníkového šetření. Pozornost je zaměřena na strukturu vzdělávacího systému z hlediska rozdělení zaměstnanců na nové a stávající, na druhy školení a na jazykovou výuku. U dotázaných hotelů byla zjištěna struktura vzdělávacího systému, která se ukázala být nedostačující. Třetí část bakalářské práce se soustředí na návrh univerzálního vzdělávacího systému pro hotely třetí, čtvrté a páté třídy. V závěru práce jsou uvedeny odpovědi na výzkumné otázky a je zde rozebrán cíl bakalářské práce, který byl splněn.

Abstract:

Bachelor thesis deals with the corporate communication in services. The aim of the thesis is founding a structure of FO employee educational system in terms of communication and making a suggestion of universal educational system for three, four and five stars hotels. The thesis mainly focus on kinds of trainings, their frequency, quality and possibilities in foreign languages teaching. Bachelor thesis is divided in three parts. In first part is concentrating on definitions and introduction into issues. In second part is made analysis and interpretation of data discovered via survey. The attention is focused on structure of educational system on the view of separation new hired and current employees, also on kinds of trainings and foreign languages teaching. By asked hotels was founded a structure of educational system, which showed up as a sufficient. Third part of bachelor thesis is concentrating on making a suggestion of universal educational system for three, four and five stars hotels. In the end of thesis are mentioned answers on research questions and the aim of thesis, which came up to expectation, is dismantled here.
