Predkladaná diplomová práca sa zaoberá analýzou právnej úpravy súdneho prieskumu rozhodnutí spolkov a jej interpretáciou v rozhodovaní súdov. Práca na úvod vymedzuje základné vnútroštátne a medzinárodné pramene práva na spravodlivý proces a práva na združovanie.
