Jazz inspiration in Czech post-war prose and poetry
Abstract:
Tato bakalářská práce pojednává o jazzové inspiraci v české poválečné próze a poezii. V práci se zabýváme prvky jazzové hudby v české literatuře druhé poloviny dvacátého století. Uvádíme české prozaiky a básníky, jejichž tvorba byla ovlivněna jazzovou hudbou. Součástí práce je analýza několika literárních děl, soustředící se na prvky jazzové hudby.
Abstract:
This bachelor thesis deals with jazz inspiration in Czech post-war prose and poetry. The thesis examines elements of jazz music in Czech literature of the second half of the twentieth century. We list Czech prose writers and poets whose work was influenced by jazz music. The thesis includes an analysis of several literary works focusing on elements of jazz music.
