Probation and Mediation Service and issues focusing on alternative punishments in the Czech Republic
Abstract:
Předložená bakalářská práce se zabývá Probační a mediační službou v České rebublice. Popisuje význam nového pohledu na alternativní trestání a podstatu jeho výchovné funkce s ohledem na společenské přínosy. Analyzuje statistická data o ukládání alternativních trestů v průběhu cca deseti let.
Abstract:
This bachelor thesis deals with the the Probation and Mediation Service in the Czech Republic. It describes meaning of a new perspective on an alternative judgment, and the essence of its behavioral function with regard on social benefits. It analyzes statistical data on the imposition of alternative punishments over a period of about ten years.
