Abstract:
Tato bakalářská práce se věnuje použití skenovací elektronové mikroskopie při studiu blanokřídlých na mikroskopu Quanta~3D~200i od firmy FEI. Konkrétně se zabývá nalezením univerzálních hodnot nastavení skenovacího elektronového mikroskopu pro mikroskopování hmyzu bez pokovení. This bachelor thesis focuses on using scanning electron microscopy to study insects using the Quanta 3D 200i microscope by FEI. Specifically, it addresses the identification of universal scanning electron microscope settings for imaging insects without metal coating.
