The Implementation of the PlacPart system in the ŠKODA, a.s. M13 assembly hall

Anotace:

Tato práce je zaměřena na implementaci systému PlacPart na hale M13 a analýzu jeho fungování. V teoretické části je popsána logistika a výroba. Praktická část seznamuje s programem a vysvětluje funkce tohoto programu. Následně popisuje průběh zataktování materiálu před zavedením a po zavedení programu PlacPart. Na konci práce jsou uvedeny návrhy pro zlepšení práce s programem PlacPart.

Abstract:

The thesis revolves around the implementation of the PlacPart program in the hall M13 and the analysis of its functions. In the theoretical part, logistics and production are described to set the tone for the practical part that introduces the program and talks about how it works. It then goes on to outline the tacting of material before and after the program has been used. At the end of the thesis, suggestions are made to improve the operating of the program PlacPart.
