Tato bakalářská práce sleduje právní vývoj finanční stráže od jejího vzniku v roce 1842 až do jejího zániku v roce 1949. Důraz je kladen především na její místo ve státní správě, vnitřní organizaci a práva a povinnosti jejích členů. This thesis monitors legal development of the financial guard since its foundation in 1842 up to it end of 1949. The focus is on its role in the public affairs, internal organization and rights and responsibilities of its members.
