Bakalářská práce je věnována problematice lehkých volných řetězců kappa a jejich souvislostí s onemocněním roztroušená skleróza. The bachelor thesis is focused on the topic of kappa free light chains and their connection to multiple sclerosis. The theoretical part of the thesis deals with general liquorology, multiple sclerosis and its diagnostics. Further, antibodies and free light chains are described in the thesis.
