Tato bakalářská práce se zpočátku věnuje cenným papírům v širším kontextu. Následně již rozebírá konkrétně majetkové cenné papíry se zaměřením na účetnictví, vykazování a oceňování. This bachelor thesis initially deals with securities in a broader context. Subsequently, it specifically analyses equity securities with a focus on accounting, reporting and valuation.
