Educational strategies of a teacher in dealing with aggressive speech in a children's home with a school

Abstract:

Autorka se bude ve své diplomové práci zabývat tématem osobnostní a profesní připravenosti pedagogických pracovníků pro řešení náročných pedagogických situací charakteristických porušováním sociálních norem. Bude se jednat o situace spojené s agresí dítěte v ústavních zařízeních typu dětského domova se školou. V teoretické části budou zpracována témata vztahující se ke zvolené problematice, zejména se bude jednat o otázku školských zařízení pro náhradní výchovnou péči a pedagogických dějů v nich, procesu odebírání a umístění dítěte do dětského domova se školou, osobnosti dítěte s poruchou chování, agresivity a agrese jedince. Dále se pak budeme zabývat stanovováním pedagogického cíle ve zmíněném specifickém prostředí a situaci, pracovní pozici a požadavky na kompetence pedagoga - vychovatele. Praktickou část budou tvořit výsledky vlastního šetření, jehož cílem bude analyzovat výchovné postupy a strategie pedagogických pracovníků při řešení stupňujícího agresivního projevu dítěte ve zmíněném prostředí dětských domovů se školou. Součástí práce budou konkrétní závěry a doporučení pro praxi. Dosažené výsledky a stanovená doporučení budou využitelná v praxi speciální pedagogiky a dalších disciplín tzv. pomáhajících profesí.

Abstract:

In the diploma thesis, the author will deal with the topic of personal and professional readiness of pedagogical staff for solving difficult pedagogical situations characterized by violation of social norms. These will be situations associated with the child's aggressio in institutional facilities such as a children's home with a school. The theoretical part will address topics related to the selected issues, in particular the issue of school facilities for alternative educational care and pedagogical processes in them, the process of taking and placing a child in a children's home with a school, personalities of a child with behavioral disorders, aggression and aggression individuals. Furthermore, we will deal with setting the pedagogical goal in the mentioned specific environment and situation, job position and requirements for the competencies of the teacher - educator. The practical part will consist of the results of our own survey, the aim of which will be to analyze the educational procedures and strategies of pedagogical staff in addressing the escalating aggressive expression of the child in the aforementioned environment of children's homes with a school. The work will include specific conclusions and recommendations for practice.The achieved results and set recommendations will be usable in the practice of special pedagogy and other disciplines of the so-called helping professions.
