Cílem této bakalářské práce je charakterizovat fondy Evropské unie a operační programy, průběh implementace projektu na Magistrátu města Brna a popsat pravidla poskytování finančních prostředků. Goal of this bachelor thesis is to characterize the EU Funds and the Operational Programmes, the process of project implementation at Brno City Municipality, and to describe the rules for funding.
