Návrh a tvorba řešení Business Intelligence ve vybrané společnosti

Abstract:

Business Intelligence se stává na trhu stále více žádané a nachází uplatnění nejen ve velkých společnostech, ale také v těch menších a dostává se do rukou běžným uživatelům. Neustále se rozvíjí, stává se interaktivnějším a uživatelsky jednodušším. Cílem diplomové práce je navrhnout a vytvořit řešení Business Intelligence pro vybranou společnost, které usnadní prezentaci informací a pomůže tak k efektivnějšímu rozhodování. Práce předkládá ucelený pohled na problematiku Business Intelligence, na jeho využití a současné trendy. Pro splnění cíle bylo potřeba provést analýzu současného BI řešení společnosti, na základě kterého byly zjištěny nové oblasti pro uplatnění BI. Řešení jsou úspěšně navržena a vytvořena v produktu Qlik Sense a Power BI. V závěrečné části autorka na základě vlastní motivace uskutečnila komparaci řešení v obou produktech podle zvolených kritérií.

Abstract:

Business Intelligence is becoming more and more popular in the marketplace and is being used not only in large companies, but in the smaller companies as well as in the hands of regular users. It is constantly developing, becoming more interactive and user-friendly. The aim of this diploma thesis is to design and create a Business Intelligence solution for the selected company, which will facilitate the presentation of the information and will help to make more effective decision making. The thesis presents a comprehensive view of Business Intelligence, its use and current trends. In order to meet the goal, it was necessary to analyze the company's current BI solution, which identified new areas for the use of BI. The solution is successfully designed and built in Qlik Sense and Power BI. In the final part, the author, on the basis of her own motivation, made a comparison of solutions in both products according to the selected criteria.

Business Intelligence sa stáva na trhu stále viac žiadané a nachádza uplatnenie nielen vo veľkých spoločnostiach, ale aj v tých menších a dostáva sa do rúk bežným užívateľom. Neustále sa rozvíja, stáva sa interaktívnejšie a užívateľsky prívetivejšie. Cieľom diplomovej práce je navrhnúť a vytvoriť riešenie Business Intelligence pre vybranú spoločnosť, ktoré uľahčí prezentáciu informácií a pomôže tak k efektívnejšiemu rozhodovaniu. Práca predkladá ucelený pohľad na problematiku Business Intelligence, na jeho využitie a súčasné trendy. Pre splnenie cieľa bolo potrebné uskutočniť analýzu súčasného BI riešenia spoločnosti, na základe ktorého boli zistené nové oblasti pre uplatnenie BI. Riešenie je úspešne navrhnuté a vytvorené v produkte Qlik Sense a Power BI. V záverečnej časti autorka na základe vlastnej motivácie uskutočnila komparáciu riešenia v oboch produktoch podľa zvolených kritérií.
